Regular Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at DCA. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Due to the nature of our business, DCA reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the item has been installed on the vehicle, on inspection of returned product. A restocking fee may also apply, dependant on the component, within the vicinity of 10-20%
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If it is a diesel related product that is believed to be faulty, the product will be subject to a benchmark test. If the product is to fail the benchmark test, the product will either be repaired or replaced, if it passes the benchmark test, the product will not be refunded and replaced under any circumstances and stays the property of the purchaser.
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Electrical components
- Filtration components
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Core Returns Policy
We offer a core return program for remanufactured products in order to continue providing remanufactured components. If you have purchased a product that is eligible for our core return program, you can receive a full refund of the core price by returning the core to us.
To be eligible for a core return, the core must meet the following requirements:
- The core must be the same part number or a supersession of the one purchased.
- The core must be complete and in rebuildable condition.
- The core must not be disassembled or modified in any way.
To initiate a core return, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with further instructions on how to properly package and ship the core back to us.
We will inspect the returned core to ensure that it meets the requirements listed above. If the core is accepted, we will process the core return within 7 business days and issue a partial refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The amount of the refund will be determined by the condition of the returned core and will be based on the core return price listed on the product page.
If the core is not accepted, we will notify you and provide the reason for the rejection. In this case, the core will be returned to you.

Warranties Policy
1. Introduction This Warranty Policy applies to all items sold by DCA Group Pty Ltd that are subject to manufacturers' warranty guidelines. By purchasing our products, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Manufacturer's Warranty DCA Group Pty Ltd sells products that are covered by manufacturers' warranties. These warranties vary depending on the specific product and manufacturer. Customers are encouraged to review the warranty information provided by the manufacturer before making a purchase.
3. Scope of Warranty DCA Group Pty Ltd extends the manufacturer's warranty to its customers as provided by the manufacturer. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other external factors not related to the manufacturing process.
4. Duration of Warranty The duration of the warranty varies depending on the product and manufacturer. Customers should refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation for specific details regarding the duration of coverage.
5. Warranty Claims Customers who believe they are eligible for warranty service should contact the customer service department for assistance. To initiate a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the issue they are experiencing.
6. Warranty Service Upon receipt of a warranty claim, DCA Group Pty Ltd will work with the manufacturer to facilitate the resolution of the issue. This may involve repair, replacement, or refund, as determined by the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
7. Exclusions The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
• Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or operation.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
• Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
Please note: All mechanical components (such as diesel pumps & injectors) need to be fit by a qualified workshop, and if applying for a warranty, proof of fitment by a qualified workshop, including date and kilometres needs to be provided to satisfy such.
Failure to do so will result in a rejected. warranty claim.
8. Limitation of Liability DCA Group Pty Ltd.’s liability under the manufacturer's warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as determined by the manufacturer. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of its products.
9. Governing Law This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the ACCC.
10. Changes to the Policy DCA Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
